Return and Exchanges

 

Domestic Customers within the US

I am sorry but I can't accept any returns at this time, as all my items are one of a kind and take huge amount of time to make, I always make sure to send out highest quality items. 

Exchanges or Resizing 

If received your jewelry and you don't love it, instead you wish you have ordered other piece of jewelry within the same price range, I will be happy to exchange it for you.  Shipping costs for exchanges are not covered.

If there is a size issue, I will gladly resize the item for you and send it back.  You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a resize.  If you need help making a decision about size or style while shopping, please contact me via email or social media channels and we'll make it work just for you.  Shipping costs to resize items are not included. Jewelry must be in unworn, undamaged and in its own original packaging.

International Customers 

I'd love to ship my handmade pieces to you! However, please note that I'm unable to accept returns or exchanges for international orders due to the complexity of cross-border shipping.

When ordering from outside the US, please be aware that your country may charge customs duties, taxes, or import fees when your package arrives. These fees are set by your local customs office and are separate from the shipping cost you pay at checkout. Unfortunately, these fees are non-refundable and I have no control over them.

Please also note: If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees, I won't be able to refund the original shipping costs.
